This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://thrivemadagascar.org.au (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

When you fill out a contact form on the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address and phone number in order that we can contact you to discuss your query.

Additionally, when you fill out a sign up / opt-in form on our website, we collect certain information from you, including your name and email address in order that we can deliver the requested downloadable to you.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

How do we use your information?

We use the Information that we collect generally to communicate with you, answer your queries. If you filled in an opt-in form, we will add your personal information to our mailing list and may use this to send you advertising and marketing material from time to time.

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Sharing your personal information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Ordering products

• We accept orders on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Orders are accepted online or via telephone or email
• When placing your order, please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery details of the recipient. Incorrect information may cause delays with your delivery. We will not accept responsibility for late or non deliveries if this occurs.

Payments

Purchase of products must currently be made via bank transfer or credit card via the secure Stripe system.

Non-profit status for donations

Chosen Servant Ministries Limited T/A Thrive Madagascar has Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) registration and can accept tax deductible donations from organisations and individuals.

Donors who donated cash to our cause can request a receipt to claim their deductions as of May 2015.

Delivery

• Products are available for deliveries within Australia only.
• Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday
• Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be shipped the next business working day, provided stock is available.
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post

Thrive Madagascar offers FREE delivery within Australia only.

Prices

All prices quoted on this site are in Australian dollars and GST free (non-profit organisation status).

Refunds and cancellations

• We offer a refund / exchange on all products
• If you are not completely satisfied with your product or receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
